This review should have been placed 2 years ago, but just thought of it now when googling places to find gravel. When we purchased our house we had the option to go here through our builder to figure out landscaping. The first visit went well, but then about a week later my wife stopped in to look at or buy plants/trees and add them to the list. I dont remember the full details but when she got home she was super emotional, even on the brink of bawling. She said these guys were super rude and belittling. Probably something along the lines of whole sale vs big box store, but not everyone is a proffesional on these kinds of things. Employees need to understand this.

This company has been horrendous to work with. Our very large order did not come in time - of which we totally understand that sometimes shipping delays happen and things are out of our control. When we elevated our concerns to the owner, he somehow turned the delays and mistakes/lack of communication on his part on us and made us feel as if we were the problem. As a small business owner myself, this is absolutely unacceptable - the customer should never feel like this. He also tried to remedy the situation by offering us 2% off a large bill. I tried to meet him in the middle and asked for a 8% discount, which felt fair considering the delays and lack of communication we experienced. He was extremely rude, condescending, and unwilling to work with his customers. Such a bummer, since we heard such amazing things about this company but will definitely be staying far away and giving our business to a company that values customer service!
